Our Story
GLPRCO was founded by Terry Ruggiero—a longtime bartender, oyster shucker, and island washashore with a knack for turning raw ingredients into unforgettable experiences. After years working behind New York cocktail bars from the early to mid 2000s and running shucking setups at private parties, he saw a gap: people were hiring caterers to serve drinks and oysters—but no one was crafting them. So he built something better. A mobile raw bar and cocktail service that brings quality, style, and personality to every event. What started as a single wooden boat bar and a few handwritten menus has become one of the most sought-after services on the island. But the ethos hasn’t changed: keep it sharp, keep it real, and let the product speak for itself.
